Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs 1,999/- across India.

 

For orders below Rs 1,999/-, the shipping charge is Rs. 90/-.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

If the assigned courier service provider has not delivered the package within the expected time frame and you are unable to get in touch with them please write to us at support@studioy.in and we will revert within 12 – 24 hours with an update.
Your package will be placed for dispatch within 2 working days of receiving your order and payment. In cases of unavoidable circumstances, where dispatch is delayed we will keep you informed via email.
For delivery to Metro cities, you should receive your order within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
For delivery to other cities, you should receive your order within 4-8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Currently, at an additional charge depending on delivery pincode, we do have next-day delivery option available only in Bengaluru via Dunzo.

The customer. Unfortunately, we do not have a return pick up arrangement currently. If you have requested for an exchange we will not charge additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept a return / exchange provided it meets all of the following guidelines:
  • Return / Exchange within 30 days from the date on invoice.
  • Return / Exchange with proof of purchase
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
1. Please forward your e-invoice to the email address : returns@studioy.in specifying the following in your email:
– the items you want to return
– reason for return
2. Please pack your garment securely with the tags intact and courier to the below address.

3. On receipt of the package and confirmation from our QC team, we will e-mail a credit note for the same value of the item(s) returned. The credit note, with a validity of one year, can be redeemed towards a future purchase online or in-store.

 

Store Return Process:
1. Kindly share your return item and invoice copy at our store billing counter.
2. After inspecting the return, you will be given a credit note for the same amount mentioned in the invoice. The credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Online Exchange Process:
1. Please forward your e-invoice to the email address : returns@studioy.in specifying the following in your email:
– the items you want exchanged
– the URL / image / screenshot of what you would like to exchange the garment for
– the correct size of the exchange garment
– the address you want the exchange to be sent to (if different from your original
order shipping address)
2. Please pack your garment securely with the tags intact and courier to the below address:

3. On receipt of the package and confirmation from our QC team, we will dispatch the item(s) you seek to exchange with within 2-3 working days.

 

Store Exchange Process:

 

1. Please choose an exchange garment/item at our store.

 

2. Kindly share your return item invoice at our store billing counter.

 

3. After inspecting the returned item(s), your exchange will be processed. If your new item is of more value than then returned item(s), the same will have to be settled at the billing desk. If your new item is of lesser value than the returned item(s), you will receive the balance as a credit note which can be used towards a future purchase.
As a company policy we do not process refunds.

 

In the rare occasion of damages or shipment of wrong item(s), we make exceptions.
